40 new build homes for North Ayrshire Council and 29 new build homes for North Lanarkshire Council. As the main contractor, Wates Construction engaged with Deeside to provide a full timber frame package including erecting the kit, providing the right insulation solution and internal packages for 69 units, across two sites.
