Being shortlisted for national awards across both project delivery and manufacturing is a clear reflection of where Deeside Timberframe is heading as a business.
The offsite timber frame specialist has been named a finalist in three award categories across the Offsite Awards 2026 and Structural Timber Awards 2026, recognising both its project delivery and the manufacturing strategy behind it.
At the Offsite Awards, Deeside Timberframe has been shortlisted for Digital Innovation Award, recognising its use of Procore to support a more connected and consistent approach to project delivery across the business.
It has also been shortlisted for Residential Project of the Year for Archerview, Kilwinning, an 85-home development delivered by Keepmoat Homes, with Deeside Timberframe supplying and erecting the timber frame package.
At the Structural Timber Awards, Deeside Timberframe has been named a finalist for Manufacturer of the Year, recognising a major period of investment in automation, in-house production capability, digital systems, lean manufacturing and lower-carbon operations.

Over the last year, Deeside Timberframe has invested in its Throsk manufacturing facility, including a 5,500 sq ft extension, a new semi-robotic wall panel production line, a fully automated Hundegger Turbo-Drive Saw, and new in-house truss and open web joist manufacturing capability.
The business has also continued to develop its use of Procore, using digital project information and site feedback to improve quality, reporting, accountability and collaboration across the business.
This combination of project delivery, manufacturing investment and digital integration reflects Deeside Timberframe’s wider strategy: to support housebuilders, contractors and housing providers with greater programme certainty, improved quality control and scalable timber frame delivery across Scotland and England.
