Deeside Timberframe has reinforced its expanding presence across England with a new appointment secured through its Warrington office, supporting Russell Armer Homes on the Meadow Rigg residential development in Kendal, Cumbria.
The development, located just off Burneside Road on the outskirts of the Lake District National Park, forms part of Russell Armer Homes’ largest single project to date. Meadow Rigg will comprise 157 contemporary one to four-bedroom homes in an established edge-of-town setting, combining modern design with carefully considered landscaping and infrastructure.
Graeme Guy, National Sales Manager, England, said the appointment reflects increasing confidence among English developers in established timber frame specialists.
