As the primary contractor, Wates Construction partnered with us to handle every aspect of the timber frame construction, from erecting the framework to implementing the ideal insulation solutions and internal packages across 69 units. This project included a variety of semi-detached houses, terraced properties, and cottage flats, all designed with sustainability at their core.
